RiverMouse are a folk quartet writing and performing both original and traditional songs and tunes inspired by life on and around the water.
The band met through the rich tapestry of the local folk scene in Stony Stratford and surrounding area, and a shared love of this and the Natural World.
The connection to us Soap Company characters is that their Singer and multi-instrumentalist Laura Lee Tanner is the twin sister of our own brilliant Vocalist Aurora Lee and I don't think she'll mind us saying that she's just as good.
Ably assisted by the truly inspired and seasoned Folk players Johnny Ginn on Fiddle, Neil Mercer on Mandolin, Guitar and Vocals and the excellent Bodhran work of Simon Chinnery, their Music is pure and ornate Folk Music which heals the soul.
The band have a brand new Album "Dance Beneath The Moon" available this week on Bandcamp and it's superb.
